Solomon Islands is a Member State to the International Telecommunication Union.The <a href="https://met.gov.sb/about/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Solomon Islands Meteorological Service (SIMS)</a> plays a key role in building national resilience by applying space-based technologies such as Earth observation and remote sensing for climate monitoring and disaster management.
