The country acceded to the International Telecommunication Constitution and Convention, and ratified the Partial Test Ban Treaty and the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty.</p><p>Samoa is a Member State to the International Telecommunication Union and a subscribing State to the Hague Code of Conduct Against Ballistic Missile Proliferation.</p>
