Qatar is party to the Outer Space Treaty, Rescue Agreement, Liability Convention and Registration Convention. The country is also party to the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty and the International Telecommunication Constitution and Convention. Qatar is a member State to the International Telecommunication Union, Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space, and a subscribing State to the Hague Code of Conduct Against Ballistic Missile Proliferation. The Qatar Armed Forces also signed a Space Situational Awareness Data Sharing Agreement with USSPACECOM.
