Nauru ratified the <a href="https://www.ctbto.org/our-mission/states-signatories " rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty</a> in 2001 and has been a member of the <a href="https://www.itu.int/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">International Telecommunication Union </a>since 1969.</p>
