Liberia ratified the Partial Test Ban Treaty, the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty and the International Telecommunication Constitution and Convention. Liberia is also a member State of the International Telecommunication Union and a subscribing State to the Hague Code of Conduct Against Ballistic Missile Proliferation.

As a member State to the African Space Agency and the African Union, Liberia adheres to the established space framework by the African Union, including key positions like the African Space Policy and African Space Strategy.
