Lao People's Democratic Republic is party to the Outer Space Treaty, Rescue Agreement and the Liability Convention. The country is also a party to the Partial Test Ban Treaty, the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty and the International Telecommunication Constitution and Convention. The Lao People's Democratic Republic is also a member of the International Telecommunication Union and a participant in the Asia-Pacific Regional Space Agency Forum.
