<p>The Republic of Kyrgyzstan is a member State of the Collective Security Treaty Organization and, together with the other member States, has declared that it will not be the first to place weapons of any kind in outer space. </p><p>Kyrgyztan is also a party to the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty.</p>
