Kuwait is party to the Outer Space Treaty, Rescue Agreement, Liability Convention, Registration Convention and the Moon Agreement.

Kuwait is a member State to the Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space and the International Telecommunication Union. Kuwait is also member State to the Arab Space Cooperation Group.
