Equatorial Guinea is party to the Outer Space Treaty, Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty and International Telecommunication Constitution and Convention. The country is also a subscribing State to the Hague Code of Conduct Against Ballistic Missile Proliferation and a member of the International Telecommunication Union and the African Space Agency.
As a member State to the African Union, Equatorial Guinea adheres to the established space framework by the African Union including key positions like the African Space Policy and African Space Strategy.
