The Democratic Republic of the Congo is party to the Outer Space Treaty and has the Rescue Agreement and the Liability Convention. As a member State to the African Union, the Democratic Republic of the Congo adheres to the established space framework by the African Union including key positions like the African Space Policy and African Space Strategy.
