<p>Cambodia participates in the Asia-Pacific Regional Space Agency Forum, is a member of the International Telecommunication Union, and subscribes to the Hague Code of Conduct Against Ballistic Missile Proliferation. Cambodia has signed the Liability Convention (not yet ratified), ratified the CTBT, and in 2019 pledged not to place weapons in space, reflecting its commitment to peaceful space activities.</p>
