<p>Cambodia participates in the Asia-Pacific Regional Space Agency Forum, is a member of the International Telecommunication Union, and subscribes to the Hague Code of Conduct Against Ballistic Missile Proliferation. Cambodia is party to the CTBT. </p><p>A key space security position is its <a href="https://cms.spacesecurityportal.org/uploads/Cambodia_NFP_Joint_Statement_21c1cf8e98.pdf" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">political commitment</a> not to be the first to place weapons in outer space. </p>
