Azerbaijan's space programme is a civil space programme. Azerbaijan established its space agency, Azercosmos, in 2010 as a Joint Stock Company, which was later restructured into a Public Legal Entity in 2021 under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport through a Presidential Decree. Azerbaijan enacted its Law on Space Activities in 2023.
Azerbaijan acceded to the Outer Space Treaty in 2013 and the country is a subscribing State to the Hague Code of Conduct Against Ballistic Missile Proliferation.
