Antigua and Barbuda is a party to key multilateral space treaties, having succeeded to the Outer Space Treaty, Rescue Agreement, Liability Convention, Registration Convention, and Partial Test Ban Treaty in 1989.

Antigua and Barbuda is member of the Latin American and Caribbean Space Agency (ALCE).
