Afghanistan is a party to the Outer Space Treaty, the Partial Test Ban Treaty and the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty. Afghanistan is also a member to the International Telecommunications Union and a subscribing State to the Hague Code of Conduct Against Ballistic Missile Proliferation.
